The symptothermal method combines temperature and a method cervical slime. Such combination is considered the most effective.
We observe for cervical (vaginal) slime:

We measure basal temperature: we Start to measure basal temperature the first day of a cycle, having woken up in the morning, without getting up to place a thermometer in back pass on 1-2 sm, to hold 5-6 minutes. During the period ovulation basal the temperature raises on 0,2-0,6 degrees. After it has held on the raised 3 days, for 4th day it is possible not to be protected.
Advantages of symptothermal method:

Lacks of symptothermal method:
- efficiency depends on correctness of application;
- it is necessary to conduct supervision regularly.
